Circular Economy
The Innovation Office of the University of Basel works closely with BaselCircular to build a thriving innovation ecosystem that connects talent, academia and industry, and to provide the tools and support needed for stronger entrepreneurship in the circular economy, including innovation coming from researchers.
The vision: together with BaselCircular we are shaping the transition to a circular economy, a system in which materials and products stay in circulation for as long as possible and waste is avoided, through efficient resource use, circular design and reduced import dependency.
